White Water Gallery Understands the need to advance the public's threshold for viewing contemporary art, and encourages outreach programming that promotes accessibility and shared knowledge.

The art Gallery has played a leading role in the promotion and dissemination of contemporary art and culture, both locally and nationally. All Singing Palette’s international artists of selected for solo exhibition will be paid fees around $1900 to take part in the opening reception.
